Good afternoon dear, as you see in the picture I have again the opportunity to speak of my beloved Japan. Sometimes I talk about so earnestly and fervently that you would almost think that I've visited, but unfortunately for now I have not yet realized this dream because of my fear of flying but it would be really cool to overcome this phobia. Where does this passion for the culture, the traditions and the Japanese history? surely as a child cartoons have fueled this interest but it is only thanks to the blog that I got to take a trip to addentrandomi this new universe of mysteries and magic, of ancient customs and strange flavors but still good. Japanese cuisine is considered one of the healthiest in the world for the wide use of fresh fish, rice, fruits and vegetables, foods that should always be present in a balanced diet. Of course, Japan is not only known for the healthy foods but also for sweets that make crazy all over the world and as you well know, in this blog I have often shown the imagination and ingenuity in the Japanese packaged candies, cookies and chocolate. I feel more and more honored and proud to establish partnerships with this wonderful land ... can sometimes seem austere, others playful and pucciosa times ... it depends on the different visual angles, but each time it will be a cultural enrichment for you I promise! Now is the time to show you what I got and I really want from my favorite Japanese snacks I highly praised in the past on the blog ...

The Umaibo strike since the colorful and lively packaging, are surely the most beloved snack in Japan and appreciated by young and old. They are bulk corn sticks that melt in the mouth, slightly salty and spicy. There are many varieties, each one has a different and original flavor. This is the corn soup and it was the first flavor that has made inroads in my heart. Once tasted, you can not go back, you will want more and more you will not stop! The umaibo are very light and easy to digest, can be consumed as you see fit during the whole of the day. There are also in the sweet version, but salty ones are definitely more original.

Lightly sweetened This stick is a real delicacy, it melts on the palate.

I do not love cheese but this snack I tasted and tasted very happy, I can not tell, perhaps because the cheese scent is very delicate and does not cover everything. Very reminiscent of the Fonzies but the crispness of umaibo has no equal. *.*

The Italian flag stands on the package, a tribute to the delicious pizza! the flavor of the stick is more prominent than the other, the aftertaste reminiscent 'salami but it's a great snack.

Tasting in the past this snack, it had always seemed to feel the presence of the curry, deepening their knowledge of umaibo I realized that the taste was tied to anything! The mentaiko is a typical ingredient of Japanese cuisine, obtained marinating of pollack eggs in substances that make them more or less spicy and flavored. The pollack is caught in the northern seas and frozen on the fishing vessels. The eggs are selected by the manufacturer, which allow them to marinate with various spices and ingredients. A basic ingredient is the hot pepper.

Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen Washi Package

You 's time to deal with the main topic of my kind collaboration ... You know the ramen? It is a typical Japanese dish although it has Chinese origins made from wheat noodles served in meat or fish broth, often flavored with soy sauce and garnished with sliced pork, dried seaweed. Each location has its own variation of Japan. Starting from the left box, I will show you how to prepare a soup of noodles with pork broth.

Inside the box, in addition to the ramen I found an envelope with the broth that I poured into the pot filled with water. I expected that the whole thing began to boil, and I added the ramen and a handful of coarse salt. This type of pasta is cooked in no time, the only thing to which you will have to be careful of is to make sure that the ramen is always in the stock and does not rise to the surface. Now it's time to set the table. The Japanese pay much attention to this moment, for them it is essential aesthetics and appeal of the dishes that must necessarily affect the guests.

To identify himself as much as possible I could not use the typical Japanese chopsticks, would be a serious mistake to taste this dish with our usual cutlery. It 'very easy to use them, certainly at the beginning but then you'll have to take my hand you will be natural. The flavor of the pork broth does not disturb, it is very delicate and the dough has a soft consistency.

Fukuoka Municiple Zoo Tonkotsu Ramen

The preparation is the same as that outlined above, the only difference is the presence of a further snacks with which the Japanese worship beautify their dishes ... the dried eel! here I have tasted a little bit because my duty as a blogger does not allow me to do the squeamish though I admit that both the texture and flavor I particularly liked. Instead, the ramen is really delicious, light and delicate. This dish should be eaten still hot to perceive the aromas and flavors.

The Kinako is a sweet stick covered with sugar-based soy flour. It is not cloying, it is not too soft, but has a very very low flavor. worse than I thought, indeed I thought I would not like and instead I ate it all :)
I hope you enjoyed my review, if you want more information I recommend you visit the site to search for distant flavors, a bit 'old but always loved and ubiquitous Japanese art of yesterday, today and tomorrow!
